To secure your place you will need to pay £250 deposit (nonrefundable when securing your place) If you can no longer go on the trip, it will be your responsibility to find a replacement to take your place to get deposit back

You will also be responsible for any visa or ESTA required to enter the USA. You will need at least three months left on your passport to travel.
