Following the success of the 50th celebration in 2019, we are pleased to announce a one day conference followed by an evening dinner, to celebrate our 55 year heritage delivering our MSc Superyacht and BEng Yacht & Powercraft design and production degrees. We will also be launching our new MSc Sustainable Marine Craft & Superyacht Design degree.

The course team invite you to join us for the day on Saturday 21st September 2024 to learn more about latest developments of our courses and more about our industry's efforts to improve the decarbonisation of marine craft. During the day there will be a program of presentations relating to what the current academic staff are doing plus some presentations from the yacht and powercraft design and production industry with a bias towards sustainability.

Registration for the conference will begin at 9.30am. The evening reception & celebration dinner will begin at 6.30pm.

All events will be on the Southampton campus in The Spark, our state of the art teaching facility.  

The costs for the day are as per below, with VAT being paid on Guest Tickets only.

Deposits are non-refundable, if you can no longer attend the trip it will be your responsibility to find a replacement to take your place.
