A duplicate of an original Warsash Maritime Academy short course certificate.
Detailed Description
A duplicate certificate will only be issued in the event of the original being lost or destroyed.
In order for a duplicate certificate to be issued you will need to email [email protected]. The email request should provide as much information as possible about the course undertaken, i.e. course title and date, and should be accompanied by a copy of photographic ID, i.e. a copy of your passport, and the address where the certifciate should be sent.
Once your request has been accepted you will be able to make payment for the duplicate certificate here.
Please note it is unlikely that we will be able to issue duplicate certificates for short courses undertaken prior to 2005.
Once you have made payment, your certificate will be posted to you.
If you live outside the UK, we can courier the certificate to you, however there is an additional charge for this and this will need to be purchased separately here
