Lactate Threshold and Maximal Aerobic Capacity - Running/Cycling
This test consists of a combined lactate threshold and VO2max protocol and can be carried out on a treadmill, cycle ergometer or rowing ergometer. The test will provide you with suitable training zones based on heart rate (running) or power (cycling) and will also accurately measure your maximal aerobic capacity, known as VO2max. Prior to testing, we will carry out a health screening including a 12-lead ECG and resting blood pressure. Testing protocols can be tailored to suit the needs of the client and if you have any specific requests, please let us know prior to arrival.
