A £5 charge for the replacement of campus cards which have been lost or destroyed.
There is no charge for replacements where the card is defective, but you will be required to produce the original card before a new one is issued.

Ordering and Collection
Once your campus card has been printed you will receive an email from the Student Hub when it is ready for collection.
Please bring your receipt with your order number to The Student Hub, who will distribute your replacement card.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be given once the card has been issued, even in the event where an original card has been found.
