Southampton Solent University Staff Christmas Party 2017


The Staff Christmas Party 2017 will be held in the Spark Atrium and White Beam restaurant (private event) on Friday 15th December 2017, 7pm-1am.

*Ticket is not confirmed until you recieve an email receipt.*

Tickets cost £25 per person (or £20 with the early bird discount - book your ticket(s) by 13/10/17 to qualify) and include:

- Full venue dressing (enchanted forest theme)
- Drink on arrival
- Three course gala dinner with a choice of options
- Followed by tea, coffee and glitter marshmallow
- Water and a half bottle of wine per person on your table
- Table party boxes
- Photo booth
- DJ and dancefloor

Maximum 2 tickets per person. Non-staff are welcome to attend when accompanied by a member of staff.

Tickets are limited so please complete your booking as soon as possible to secure your place.

A welcome Forest Fruits Fizz on arrival (made with either Prosecco or Lemonade)

- Chicken & Tarragon Terrine, Cranberry Chutney & Apple Salad
- Roast Butternut Squash Veloute with Sage Crème Fraiche (V)
- Sweet Galia Melon with Parma Ham, Forest Fruits & Toasted Pine Nuts

Served with Fondant Potato & Roasted Vegetables

- Slow Braised Beef with Pancetta & Merlot Sauce
- Winter Vegetable & Chestnut Wellington (V)
- Roasted Turkey Crown with a Pork, Apricot & Sage Stuffing

- Rich Chocolate Ganache Tart with Salted Peanut Butter Caramel Sauce
- Vanilla Panna Cotta with Fruits & Crème de Cassis Sauce
- Lemon & Lime Cheesecake with Blood Orange Coulis

Wrapped up with:
- Fairtrade filter coffee
- Fairtrade Numi tea & infusions
- Glitter marshmallow
