Health Spark is offering you the opportunity to exercise your vocal cords, stay youthful, improve your posture and your mood as you get away from your desk and meet other people.
A study from Frankfurt University showed that active group singing can lead to positive emotional changes. Professor Graham Welch, Chair of Music Education at the Institute of Education, University of London, states that some of the key benefits of singing in a group include: exercising the vocal cords and keeping them youthful so you sound younger, increasing circulation and lifting your mood by releasing pain-relieving endorphins.
