VO2 Max


Duration – 1.5 hours

Opening Hours – Monday to Thursday (0900–1900) and Friday (1000–1600)

The VO2max protocol can be carried out on a treadmill, cycle ergometer or rowing ergometer. The test will accurately measure your maximal aerobic capacity, known as VO2max and can also be used to estimate suitable training zones. Prior to testing, we will carry out a health screening including a 12-lead ECG and resting blood pressure. Testing protocols can be tailored to suit the needs of the client and if you have any specific requests, please let us know prior to arrival.
